Actor Shia LaBeouf has purchased a newly-built home in Pasadena for $5.475 million, a Los Angeles Times report Thursday said.

LaBeouf, 33, gained fame at an early age as the star in Disney Channel’s “Even Stevens.” His other film credits include “Disturbia” (2007) and “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” (2010) and the very popular Transaformers series.

Last year, LaBeouf starred in “The Peanut Butter Falcon,” as well as in “Honey Boy” which he also wrote.

The LA Times report said the Mediterranean-inspired residence, designed to evoke the period revival styles of the early 20th century, sits on one-third of an acre near the Huntington Library, Arts Collections and Botanical Gardens in San Marino.

A fountain and terrace welcome visitors to the estimated 4,100-square-foot house, which has arched windows and wrought ironwork. An ornate frontispiece sits above the entry.

Among the other features of the four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home are beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and pocketing glass doors. The home’s three floors are navigated through stairs and an elevator, the report said.

The landscaped grounds feature a sunken patio with built-in benches and a cook station, with a swath of lawn, hedges and mature trees completing the setting.

Records show the property was listed for $5.798 million, with Bill Podley and Jenny Stanley of Deasy Penner Podley as the listing agents.

Nick Small of Rodeo Realty represented the buyer, the report said.
